MISSIONS-CADRES undertakes to ensure that the collection, processing and protection of your data from the website missions-cadres.com complies with the French data protection Act "Loi informatique et libertés" of 6 January 1978 as amended, and with the EU General Data Protection Regulation No 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016.

Connectionto the site or blog and browsing: In these cases, cookies are used to collect certain information (in particular, your IP address (localization), information relating to the computer used for browsing, connection mode, type and version of the Internet browser, operating system.

Site contact form: fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory because necessary for processing your request for information. When filling the contact form, the following mandatory data are collected: surname, first name, e-mail address and your message. Contact form forthe blog: only the first name and the comments collected are displayed in the comment threads regarding articles. The email address is recorded but never published online.

However, the data collected may be communicated to subcontractors who are contractually responsible for the performance of the tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the site and the blog, for their services and for the proper management of our relationship, without requiring you to give your permission. Your rights

Your personal information shall be retained for a period of time not exceeding 36 months at the end of the contractual relationship, unless you exercise your right to delete the data concerning you.

In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, concerning information technology, files and freedoms and with European Regulation No.2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016 (applicable as of 25 May 2018), you have the following rights:

  • Exercise your right of access, to know the personal data that concern you;
  • Ask for your data to be updated if they are inaccurate;
  • Ask for your data to be deleted;
  • Ask for the limitation of your data processing;
  • Ask for the portability of your data;
  • For legitimate reasons oppose the processing of your data;
  • Oppose or withdraw your consent to the use, by our services, of your contact information for sending information about our services via e-mails, telephone calls and postal mails. This right remains valid whether the information concerning you has been transmitted directly by you or by third party partners to whom you have communicated them (in this case, you will need to click on the unsubscribe links provided in our e-mails or contact us directly).
